I'm only giving a 3 star because I don't think I've taken it long enough to know yet if it delivers as promoted. What I can say is that I have been sleeping better since I began taking. I also notice that I'm not getting hungry so much between meals and my energy level is stable. I will try to update my review in a couple months when I've been taking it longer.

I bought this on shop lc my sleeping habits have gotten better not to mention my skin has shown plumped up drastically and im on month 4 it say you see a major difference after six months can't wait to see the outcome which im sure it will be GREAT . I've been taking SeroVital Advanced religiously for a month and will give it one more month. So far zero changes. If anything, my skin has gotten worse, more sensitive, more uneven tone and dry. I have no energy and have gained a few pounds. Pretty disappointed so far but they tell you to just keep taking it so I will try a little longer. Hard to justify the price tag however with actually feeling worse. Fingers crossed month two is better.
