Ive been taking the advanced Serovital for 2 weeks and I have already lost 6 lbs. Yes, I cut out a few things and upped my protein and veg, but other than that, nothing else! Guess, I'll have to wait. and see what happens after a full 30 days. But so far, so good!

I was skeptical about supplements claiming that you will sleep better but Serovital really does make me sleep better. I went off of it for awhile and was wondering why I was not sleeping as well and it dawned on me that it was because I was not taking the serovital. I am 65 years old and my sleep was not so good. I package all my vitamins for the day in the a. m. a small baggie in the p. m. a small baggie. Everything I need for the day and then one small package for the evening prior to bed. Something wasn’t right. , I was tired I was lazy. I was not losing weight and then I remember I had canceled the hair supplement because I had cut my hair really short and I think they thought the team I was canceling the hair serum and the third month of vitamins. They canceled my third month of vitamin I’m back to normal now. I starting to feel better, but I certainly did feel the difference won’t do that again.
