It's only been about a week, so I cannot give a useful assessment of the product. However, I do seem to sleep better and have been able to ditch the melatonin.

I absolutely love my Serovital powder even more than the capsules! They are so easy to use and taste great, I feel so much more energetic and sleep so much better since taking the product.

Issues are you need to take this 2 hrs after eating and wait 2 hrs to eat - not effective for an active woman who eats lite meals throughout the day - inefficacy unless followed- which I returned for a full refund -

I was skeptical but Honestly it’s working. Less wrinkles, Brighter skin. Looking younger. Very pleased with product. You do have To take for a while I’m on my 2nd month of product I take Every note Before Bed With water.
