I've been taking Serovital for several years and I really can feel a drop in my energy when I don't take it for a couple of days. My main problem is that I have trouble swallowing the large capsules so I am thrilled to find the dissolving powder version. What really surprised us, was that we both thought that the beneficial effects began almost immediately. As in the next day! We both noticed improvements in our skin after one use. Since we began using Sero Vital, we've each also lost almost 50 pounds as well, with no major changes in activity. We're both active and work out regularly, but we both seemed resigned to the fact that our bodies had just kind of settled in to never being thin. Sero Vital changed that in a big way. I thought it would be hard to swallow -- but it goes down easily! The best thing is that I already think I'm seeing results after 4 weeks (the box contains 45 day supply). Now... I'm not getting "up close and personal" with a magnifying mirror (because I've never met a person who does that other than someone I've PAID to look at me so critically), but my morning reflection looks fresher already. I'm 65, so that's saying something! My only reservation is that I think this product is expensive. However, I'm looking forward to see what more happens after the next 2 weeks.
