I was not expecting any miracles however, I figured if it helped in any of the ways that it mentions then I would be happy. It took about seven or eight weeks before I started to notice that I had a little bit more energy and my weight seemed to be coming down slightly. This was very realistic for me and I believe that this is the way the body is meant to function by taking the nutrients that your body needs to help you along the path. I find that this is exactly what Serovital did for me and I am happy to continue taking the supplement and receiving the much needed benefits. I have a better sense of calmness so perhaps it has helped with better sleep. Overall, it seems to have many benefits depending upon what your body needs.
