I've been taking it for three months and I already feel and see an improvement of my skin, body and spirit. I feel refreshed and loving myself more.

I used SeroVital not too long after it came out, and I had the chance to read the information about what it was and how to use it. Probably a year later, a Dr wanted me to stop all supplements, so I stopped serovital also. Something had made my liver enzymes go up, and I do have a fatty liver, so my Dr watches them closely. When I saw that my enzymes had come down, I started taking SeroVital again because my skin looked so dry, and my wrinkles came back. Again there was a dramatic change on my face. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since taking, I have felt less tired, to be fair I've started to take a few vitamin supplements more regularly as well but this product hasn't made my skin break out and I've struggled a little less with fatigue however I still need my morning coffee. My only complaint is that the capsules are quite large and can be difficult to swallow esp when you need to swallow 4 of them.

I purchased a 90 day supply and have not seen any results or felt any different yet but will wait until I finish the product to decide. I do have a friend who is 65 years old that has been taking it and she does not look her age. Not sure if it's genetics or SeroVital but something is working in her favor.
