I am on auto shipment so a box comes every month. I take it every night before bed. The biggest things I have noticed- my hair looks amazing. My hair dresser has noticed the change. My skin looks better too. Fewer fine line wrinkles and finer pores. I have not lost a lot of weight but I do feel more energetic. For all the things a person can spend for beauty products- I feel a few dollars a day on serovital is worth more than almost anything else I have tried.

Second, be aware that there's a strict sequence in which to take the capsules. 3)You need to plan ahead for a time that your stomach is empty AND when you'll have 2 hours after taking the capsules when you do not eat or drink anything but water. 5) It's Dec. 15 & I've just begun the regime.6) I'll come back in 4 weeks which is when it's recommended to take the "after "photo.7) I'll let you know my observations at that stage. 8) Also, it's premature to tell if I'd recommend this to a friend.

I believe it is of value (or I would not still be taking it), however I'm not sure that it is totally as advertised for I have not seen some of the effects that were supposed to take place when using it.

I must say that after just a few days of using this product, my husband commented on how much smoother my face was. I'm going to use it for 1 year and see how it goes. It's expensive, but any good quality product is. It is challenging to find a good time to take the product as instructed with nothing else for 2 hours on either side.
