I no longer wake up several times a night as I usually do. I seem to fall asleep faster and wake up at an appropriate time in the morning. Interesting side effect... I can remember my dreams, which I believe indicates a deeper sleep cycle...and have more energy too.

I purchased a 90 day supply and have not seen any results or felt any different yet but will wait until I finish the product to decide.
