Died after 2 weeks. Lost $2000 worth of meat that we had purchased it for. Sams club would do nothing at all to cover the loss. I would not trust Scams club for another appliance purchase again. Hamilton Beach says they do not make these they just license their name. They will not even take support calls for the item.

On the 21 cu/ft model the picture in the listing states 79.1"L x 31.0"W x 33.5"H The PDF file for this model in the listing states 79 9/64"L x 31 1/32"W x 33 35/64"H NONE of those are correct ACTUAL Dimensions as stated on the box for 21 cu/ft is 70.9"L (9 inches shorter x 31.2"W ( matches pdf) x 32.6"H (1 inch shorter)

I am very pleased with my purchase. Freezer is working great. Have recommended it to friends.

Just purchased and so far we love it! We were worried about it arriving dented or scratched based upon other reviews, but thankfully it arrived in great shape. Huge freezer and seems to get plenty cold.

The capacity of this chest freezer is perfect! It's just a little hard for someone shorter to reach up and close the door when it's fully open. The dual doors are perfect so you can open one at a time and just quickly grab what's needed.

While we are happy with the freezer, your delivery system is ridiculous! I was getting messages from Maersk even after we received the freezer. I sincerely hope you are not sending another! I expected better from Sam's! kh

This is one loud running freezer! I am having second thoughts due to how loud it is when it runs. It also is not Energy Star rated, which I knew but why isn't it? I dislike the fact there is no temperature control adjustment at all. You plug it in and it's on. No off switch, no nothing. Your plug is your on off switch. I do not like that. The freezer is good size! No disappointment there! I do love the split top so you don't have to open the entire top to grab something from the freezer. I also love the fact it's on wheels. I think with a few changes this could be a really great freezer but man is it LOUD.

Extremely large freezer. It is garage ready but it does require a lot of space. It’s perfect if you do a lot is freezing. Maybe for home businesses.

This is enormous! Definitely consider your space, but this will provide a ton of room for deep freeze.

Really huge freezer! For a restaurant maybe.
