I just got it and havent used it. It has to sit upright for 2 hrs before I can use it. The directions appear easy to follow and straight to the point. I like the recipes!

I don't like that there isn't a way to keep the auger running, but stop the temperature. And I can only get juice out of the machine.. never slush. I'm frustrated

Works great for shakes and frozen drinks. We’ve made a chocolate shake from chocolate milk, frozen margaritas and frozen Jack and Coke.., gets slushy pretty quickly. Clean up is easy too! The only thing is I wish it held more liquid at a time!

It's been really easy to use the slush-ease machine and I adore how customizable the drink settings are. The troubleshooting guide is impeccable and I've been really happy with the results so far!

Great slushy machine. Freeze's fast when liquid is cold and keeps it slushy. Enjoy making slushy drinks constantly. Easy to operate and able to keep adding liquid for continuous operation.

The product is not working properly. I received this machine as a birthday gift. The first time I tried to use the machine it isn't working. The content not turning into a slushy consistency.

It seems like a good product, but it doesn't remain slushy for long after pouring into the glass or cup. Actually melt super fas! I followed the instructions provided.

Need more specific measurement alcohol drinks. It was trial and error, error, error initially. Didn't use as much counter top in my very small kitchen as I thought it would. Looking forward to summertime fruity slushies!

I have really enjoyed thisachine. It works well, it's easy to clean, it runs quietly, and we have enjoyed all of our creations so far. We have found that Kool aid works the best so far!

THIS THING IS AWESOME!!! From Cocktails to sweet treats!!! I love it. It's simple to use and even easier to clean! Frozen Margs in under 20 mins. Impressive.
