At first, it was great, then a couple of months in the agitator stop spinning, well now just freeze into a block of ice

Yea, but the cleaning process could use a warning about removing the tray before you empty the unit. It spills all over the place.

My family and myself love this machine. It works just as good ( if not better) as the more expensive brands. Get you one, you won't be disappointed!

Received my Iceman Slush-Ease 48 oz. Slushy Marer for Christmas and I've finally taken it out the box to use it and so far so good. Very easy user guide easy to clean. Very cool product no complaints. I would recommend.

This slushy machine is very easy to use and simple to clean. It doesn’t take long at all for drinks to freeze into the perfect slushy consistency. Overall, it’s efficient, user-friendly, and great for quick frozen drinks.

So upon first using this product the first thing I've noticed was the seals for the front lever are pulling themselves off the plastic due to the mold of the reservoir being crooked but definitely something is wrong from manufacture

I have used it twice. The first time was amazing but the second one was not so great. I'm still going to use it in hopes that I get the same result as the first time.
