Dear customer team, I purchased slush machine model RJ62-BLACK-CO 2024.Dec30 and stored my rood due to no conversion of 110v to 220v and last week I purchased converter and I unboxed my purchased slash machine but it is running but not making slush , even not making fluid cold, so I keep the shlash machine up right position 24hours and it still not making any slash or making it cold. so what should I do? my converter is 1500W from 220V to 110V. why is this slush machine not making slush? ther is no any failt light or something , I keep running this for 1 hour but stiil same not even make my drink cold, I need your support what should I do?

I'm still learning about it. It get the job done but it does seem to take a little longer to get to slushy stage

I’m very happy with my slushi machine. You have to play with the settings a bit to find the right consistency you want but otherwise it’s very good. I definitely would recommend it!!

Sooo far... sooo good. My kids really enjoyed making slushies. & can't wait to make more... The only thing that might be a problem... is.. we should have gotten a bigger one. (Lol) as it took 2x.. for the whole family to get some....

I was skeptical because others were hyping up another brand and someone compared the two brands and I chose Iceman because I'm a mom of autistic twins and putting them first puts my wants on the back burner and the cost was for affordable for me. I can say I'm so in love right now and the happiest mom ever! Great product thus far!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Easy to use. Just need to figure out why after the slush is ‘ready’ and it goes into its ‘hold slush’ phase within a half hour it got watery then after another 30 mins it got slushy again.
