I bought this about a month ago and I am very pleased with.. its works wonders! I was very please on how easy it is to move back and forth(just like a regular vacuum) it isn't very heavy at all. It made my carpets look brand new!!

I just got mine and used it for the first time it worked better than any other one I've had. It mixes the solution for you so there's no waste and applies the right amount so you don't have soaked carpets when your done. Very easy to use and clean.

I had several carpet scrubbers but this one is absolutely the best I've owned. So easy to use, no buttons to push, doesn't use a lot of water or cleaning solution. Doesn't leave carpet soaked and the heat Dry really works! My carpet looks amazing.

The day after it arrived, I shampooed all my carpet. It is so easy to change out the water, refill the clean water holder. It's lighter than my older Hoover. So far so good!

I just purchased the Hoover Smart Wash Carpet Cleaner after watching the infomercial. It cleans well and does pretty well with pet hair. It doesn't really dry the carpet, but it dries in a few hours.

I brought this a few weeks ago Im Glad I did I had a spot in my carpet that's been there a while my Other carpet machine which is a Hoover couldn't remove it The smart wash did with no Problems
