A gew months ago I began having problems with this unit I purchased and did not own for long. Cierra Pfister from the Hoover Community reached out to me regarding my concerns and was absolutely wonderful! They replaced my unit within weeks and this one is working great! That fact that this company treats their customers this well is enough reason to continue using them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The great thing about this cleaner is that it's easy to take apart and clean completely. That's also a negative thing: after cleaning the brushes, it's tricky putting the nozzle back together. Whle frustrating at first, I now have the hang of it thanks to a helpful customer service agent. Also, like another reviewer, I had to put 2 cups of warm water in the dirty water tank to get the intake moving for one carpet only.

I vacuumed twice before using it and it still picked up quite a bit of pet hair. That took awhile to clean up. The best bang for your buck on the market. It is Hooveristic! Love this machine was skeptical at first that it would clean the house and do a good job but it did the carpet looked brand new when we was done better then Stanley steamers when they did it for us and left the carpet smelling good I would definitely buy again

I bought this a few weeks ago and it does an excellent job for deep cleaning carpet . Lightweight and easy to use. Only con I had was it took longer for it to dry than advertised but I did go over it heavily a couple of times. I do recommend this machine.

I was due to have my carpets cleaned and knew if I bought this carpet cleaner it would be cheaper than a professional, plus, I'd own the machine and can use it when needed. I was shocked, yes, shocked at the dirt that came out of my carpet. I thought I vacuumed well but I see I don't. I followed directions for cleaning, rinsing and drying. Even the rinse water was a little dirty. I plan on cleaning the carpet again next month to see what the water looks like.

This unit replaced my first Hoover carpet cleaner purchased in 1996 that lasted until July 30, 2018. The motor burned out. That unit's brushes rotated using air from the vacuum motor which did not work so well as it aged. This unit has direct drive brushes which is a big improvement!

I purchased this as I have as older pet with bladder issues. What a great purchase! This machine is easy to operate, fully automatic and easy to clean. No mixing or trying to control the flow of the cleaning product and water. Everything comes apart easily for cleaning and re-assembly.

I bought this machine because the reviews were consistently very positive, and the price of "renting" a bulky machine were increasing. The assembly was VERY simple...NO TOOLS...just insert the handle, add the two water containers and fill the solution bottle....and your ready to go. The use of this scrubber was SUPER easy...the stains just disappeared! I could NOT BE HAPPIER! The carpet dried quickly, and the results were amazing! I would highly recommend this machine to ALL! This is a 5 STAR CARPET CLEANER!!

I bought this last month after watching infomercials on it both on tv and online. I did not want to hire the job done and I did not want to rent a machine as I know the carpeted areas in my three homes have never had animals on them. I also liked the idea that I could clean my own upholstered furniture with it as needed. I have cleaned the one room in one of my homes that I use as an Airbnb and am very pleased with the results. The machine is lightweight enough to easily transport and it is easy to use. I am glad I bought this and I feel the price paid will be returned quickly with just a few cleanings.
