A friend highly recommended this. I had an old bissell that needed repair and decided to invest instead of repairing. This machine is so easy to use! I especially like you don't have to mix the solution. It did amazing on cleaning my carpets! I can't believe they were as dirty as they were!

I have an infant, a toddler, a dog, and a husband, so our rugs are routinely covered in spills, mud, dog fur, and various bodily fluids. Gross, I know. I got this carpet cleaner and it was incredibly easy to use and the rugs looked and smelled so much better; even the play room rug! The brush does an amazing job of pulling dog fur out of the rugs. I didn't think there would be much left given that I ran the regular vacuum first, but I could probably knit a brand new dog out of what this machine picked up. It's a little bit gross cleaning off the brush and dumping the filthy rinse water, but in a satisfying kind of way, because at least you know it's no longer in your rugs!

I was impressed when I saw it featured on TV, and even more when I bought and used it for the first time. I've rented commercial cleaners before, but none could compare to what this Hoover machine can do. I was highly satisfied with the ease of using this machine, and the results received. AWESOME!

This really is a wonderful machine to have. I retired my older carpet cleaning machine and purchased this one. It is easy to use, not super heavy and does an excellent job on carpets! I love the fact that I don't have to pull a trigger to release the cleaner and water. I just push forward and pull back. I was only able to get one room cleaned today but very pleased with the results!

Our first time owning a shampooer, we had borrowed a few before and they were ok but I saw the ad with all of the features for the Hoover smart wash and knew it was the one for us! It works great, very easy to use and even easier to clean. Also I don't think my carpet or rugs have ever looked or smelled so clean. Great value and great if you have pets!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No need to pull a trigger and the two brushes get more junk. The dry only feature helps for quicker drying time. The solution tank lasts a long time on one fill. My one pet peeve is the capture tank isn't hands free and the pieces come completely apart so you have to line them back up and get your hands dirty to empty it.

I was very pleased with the ease of use with the auto switch from wash to dry I also liked the dry only features because I went over the sections several times and It seemed to make the carpet air dry quicker so I could move the furniture back I also was pleased how clean it got some of the high traffic and dirtiest spots I had an older Hoover cleaner and it never cleaned as well as this one

I have used this machine twice since purchasing it a month ago. It was easy to assemble, and super easy to use. Clean up is also a big plus, the cover over the brushes comes off easy as do the brushes, so cleaning them is super easy. So glad I purchased this one,. Would recommend this to anyone who needs a shampooer.

I just purchased this SmartWash+ Cleaner and cleaned my first carpet with it. I am so pleased with my decision to purchase this carpet cleaner. My previous experience with a different brand shampooer and other rented shampooers actually wore me out making the cleaning process a day-long project. This machine is so easy to handle and the cleaning result enabled me to wash, rinse, and extract without having to stop and change things around. The extraction was so complete and the added heat in the drying stroke so efficient that my carpet was dry and ready for traffic in less than two hours. I am one very happy customer.

I clean houses part time , i use this on my clienteles carpets, everyone is so amazed, my favorite was for a elderly gentleman he called me after he saw his carpet , since he moved in he has never had his carpets cleaned in 5yrs , he was like omg, this whole time i thought the carpets were grey , they are tan
