How long do you have to return the shampooer? I like that it's easy to clean, it doesn't get close to the walls, not sure that I like the wash forward dry backward.....doesn't seem to work well on spots...because you put the water down and it immediately sucks out the water....

I bought the smartwash a few weeks ago I must say I have never used a easier carpet cleaning machine than the smartwash . No guess work on the amount of cleaning solution it is automatically depensed and dry only feature I love knowing my carpets will dry quickly.

This is an excellent carpet cleaner for big area's! I was able to clean all the carpet's upstairs without having to add more water or cleaner! My carpets are so clean! I love that it came with a stair attachment! It made cleaning my stairs very easy!

This steam vac is super convenient, easy to use and a great buy!! Works just like a vacuum.. Literally put your water, carpet cleaner solution and push.. No pushing buttons to spit out soap or needing to let go of trigger to suck up the wet carpet.. it feels just like a vacuum.. Two thumbs up!!

I like this machine when it worked. The solution tank leaked really bad from the first use, there was a lot of water spraying out from underneath it and it has now stopped sucking up water. I have had it a little over a month. Thankfully Walmart is refunding me for the machine. It seemed like it was gonna be amazing but don't waste your money.

I ordered the Hoover Smartwash for my best friend for her Birthday, she has 4 dogs and a mini pot bellied pig that lives in the house, the all get up on her furniture and she needed a carpet cleaner with the upholstery attachments and I seen the informical on TV for the Smartwash and wanted to get her something different. The first one that was supposedly delivered never was so the company shipped me another and we used it on Wednesday on the couch and chair and I am very amazed at how great it cleaned the furniture. The couch and chair look brand new again, also cleaned the area rug and that looks better now than when it was brand new. Thank you Hoover for making a great carpet cleaner.

I have an older model Hoover which is just too bulky and no longer efficient so I was on the prowl for a new one to get this ground in dirt path out of my bedroom carpet from the door to the bathroom. THIS machine works wonders. I just wish it pulled the water out a bit more (could have been user error since I was so excited when I started "washing" the carpet).

I was using a Bissell and I never will again. I borrowed this cleaner from my best friend she told me I would be amazed. I was more than amazed I was thrilled to no end. I have never seen a carpet shampooer and I have used a few that works like this one does and the fact you can take it apart to clean it is beyond awesome! When I can afford it I'm going to buy me one!

I was confused and searched for a while since there is a lot to choose from out there with mixed reviews. I can say this was a great investment. Used once, so far very pleased with the results. It cleans very well. It will take about - passes to achieve decent drying results. Not heavy at all.
