Very easy to put together and easy to use . it is also easy to clean once you are done. It also cleans very deeply any carpet even the very thick ones. It actually cleans better than the rental professional carpet cleaner i used before. Also it is easy to manoeuvre because it is light almost as a vacuum cleaner. It is a very good investment as i will definitely use it more often than if i would get a rental. The hose for the steps makes it easy to also quickly get rid of smalls stains. I will also use it for my cars (carpet and seats).

I am just so amazed at this carpet cleaner. I had some bad stains on my living room floor from my 2 year old spilling things. I went over the carpet with this one time and I cant even believe how clean it got! I did it again just to see if there was any dirt left behind and now my carpet looks brand new! This thing is worth every penny. It looks so nice also and easy so easy to push. It didnt feel like those large heavy ones I've used before. It was so easy to clean it and store it for next time.

I was about to call in a carpet cleaner when my husband showed me this product online. I figured I would give it a shot since I would have paid the same amount, if not more, to have someone come in to clean my carpets. I have to be honest, I wasn't expecting this to work but when I turned it on for the first time I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did it clean all my carpets it was even better than if I would have had a professional cleaner do it. This is an amazing product that works wonderfully and is so easy to use. You may have to change the water a few times to empty it out, but other than that... Wow! Love it!!! I'll never call a cleaner ever again. Gonna save lots of money. :-)

Just bought this machine and I couldn't be happier so far. It is the easiest machine I've used and it so easy to clean. Does on excellent job. Very lightweight, easy to dismantle for cleaning. Only downfall so far is the handle release isn't the most foot friendly. Kind of awkward to release. Have to step on it just right. Hopefully the engineers read this and can make appropriate changes in newer models.

I bought the Hoover smart wash couple of months ago and I absolutely love this product I have 2 dogs and I use it all the time to clean up after them this is the best carpet cleaner I have used no more nasty rentals and it's easy to clean after using it too I highly recommend this carpet cleaner I love mine ❤️

I bought this as my old Hoover Carpet Cleaner hose broke. I was happy to see the multiple brushes, the ease on how the tanks come on and off. Just two bad things. The first time I used it I did not check the dirty water tank. I cleaned my whole carpet. I liked the automatic dispenser feature. I liked the larger tanks. I was done (I thought), I pulled out the dirty water tank, it was not locked. ALL the water, dirt and all spilled over my cleaned carpet. What a mess. So make sure that tank is locked when you use it. It dispenses at a higher rate, so carpet is wetter. Even after using the dry mode.

It works well. The only negative thing about this machine is that it uses a lot of product. It is recommended that you go over your carpet with only water after using it, but I find that there is still a lot of product left in my rugs after going over it several times. I really like the "dry only" feature. It does a good job sucking up the remaining water. I'm so happy I got it.

I purchased my vacuum in February 2019. It is a life changing machine when it comes to carpet cleaning. However, yesterday it made a loud squeaking noise and now the brushes will not spin. Unlike a dyson where you can take it completely apart, virtually none of this vacuum is accessible for troubleshooting.

EVERYTHING IS NICE ABOUT THE MACHINE EXCEPT YOU SHOULD HAVE A BYPASS ABILITY SO YOU CAN PUSH THE MACHINE FORWARD AGAIN TO SUCK UP WATER AND CLEANER ALONG WITH THE BACKWARDS MOTION. I HAD TO TURN OFF THE MACHINE, REPLACE IT AT THE START POINT, TURN IT ON AND MOVE BACKWARDS VERY SLOWLY TO PICK UP THE EXCESS WATER. ON SOME PORTIONS OF THE RUG I HAD TO DO THIS SEVERAL TIMES. A BYPASS OR DISPENSE SOLUTION BUTTON WOULD MAKE THINGS A LOT EASIER.
