Bought this to replace my broken one. Very easy to put together and get started right out of the box. I love how easy it is to clean when you are done using it. Very light compared to others even when filled with water. Will recommend to friends and family that are in the marked for a carpet cleaner.

I am so thankful that I went ahead and bought this. I was getting my house ready for the kids that were coming for Christmas. The carpet was awful because my dog had bladder cancer and really ruined the carpet before she died. I tried my old carpet cleaner and even rented one of those big, heavy monsters and it still looked bad. When I finished using the SmartWash my carpet almost looked new. I am really pleased with the results.

Easy to use Lightweight and easy to clean the parts. Seems to do a very good job cleaning carpet and by the looks of the waste water - wow my carpet (Berber) was very dirty. Hoover is a well known name for vacuums and they know how to design them. Seems to use a lot of soap and so that's an added expense. Another problem though is after shutting it off I had to put it on water proof floor as water will drip out and further wet the carpet.

My shampooer came in 2 weeks ago today and I started using it two days later. It was so easy to use and the carpet dried quickly. It was soooooo much better than using a carpet cleaning company. I could clean at my own pace and didn't have to do whole home the same day. The cleaner is so easy to clean. Taking the brush and nozzle off was a breeze. I did vacuum the living room first but I didn't vacuum the hall or two bedrooms first and I had dog and cat hairs in the brushes. My carpet was last cleaned last spring and I fostered a dog since then. Now I have an adopted cat. So I DID have some hairs in the carpet. Even though the carpet didn't look that dirty, the dirty water reservoir was filthy! I'll be using the cleaner at least every 6 months. LOVE IT! I'd add a smiley face but I don't have the option.

I just bought it used it twice so far does really well. Got most of the stains that have been in carpet that my old shampooer didn't get up. Stains were so bad but a lot lighter now then ever. Think once I do it one more time they will all be gone. Then I'm going to do my furniture and car seats.

I have been hesitant about using a steam cleaner on the carpeting in my RV. As a full time resident with pets it can get dirty. I was so impressed with the measured amount of water and cleaner. It releases the perfect amount and the dry process and dry button sealed the deal. I don't have to worry about to much moisture or taking to long to dry. The carpets look fantastic.

I bought this in 2018 and I'm just having problems with it I contacted them they're going to replace it it is the best shampoo I've ever had and I've had a lot of shampooers this is my Cadillac Cadillac I love the shampooer I've never had a stain that that carpet cleaner wouldn't get out I live on a farm it even gets the cow manure out Of the carpet

This is the first time cleaning our carpets. It worked fantastic. There were some stains that required a bit of hand scrubbing but that is to be expected. I found it best to: 1- Clean the carpet as instructed 2- Go back and rinse and dry carpet 3- Then dry only The 2nd step picked up any cleaning fluid left by the 1st step and we did see additional cleaning. The cleaning fluid left by the 1st step had time to penetrate the carpet better. The 3rd step did a great job removing any additional water. The next time I clean we'll probably just do step 1 since they will have already been cleaned. Also had one of our kitties puke on the carpet a few days later and we pulled out the carpet cleaner and cleaned it right up.

This one cleans my carpet really well. I was very happy with how clean it got my carpet, but I have a few complaints. I wish I would have tried it in time to exchange it for another one. 1) it leaves globs of dirt while you are cleaning the carpet instead of keeping all of it in the dirty water container. I had to stop a lot of times to remove the globs of dirt. 2) even though it dries as you pull the cleaner backwards, it recommends to dry the carpet after cleaning, rinse & then dry again. I wish the dry part was only 1X instead of 2X. It seems to me a lot more steps than what it should be. 3) I wish the cleaning solution tank was bigger. I had to add more solution 3X.

I bought this June 2018, its the best carpet cleaner I've ever had. I'm 62 years old and have owned several different brands. This is by far the top of the line in carpet cleaners. I like that there's two separate tanks for water and cleaning solution, plus the suction power is amazing it dries the carpet by extracting (all) the water. I no longer have to go over the carpet several times trying to extract the water, it's dry when I'm done cleaning. I was surprised the attachment for the stairs had the same great suction power.
