This vacuum cleaner is heavy, and the nozzle breaks easily, I purchased it on 03/03/2023 now the Nozzle broke, and it is hard to get the parts, and the price for the vacuum is not cheap.

This carpet cleaner is absolutely awesome doing the job!! But it could not hold up to long usage. I wanted something that was small, light, and worked great. It is all that!! I just needs to sturdier. Still looking

The Hoover Smartwash is so much better than out last steam cleaner (Bissel). It is easier to clean, to fill, and you don't have to mix. It moves well, cleans well, and does not oversoak the carpet. It absorbs the water better.

Previously posted that after only 6-8 uses the brushes stopped working. Typically a belt issue when this happens. Contacted the company and they promptly took care of the issue.

I bought this carpet cleaner to help keep my house clean. I have both a cat and a dog so I end up with their hair all over my floor and furniture. this cleaner is easy to use the liquid cleaner is affordable and quick acting . I recommend it.

This has done such a great job keeping my floors clean. I'm impressed. I have two cats and they are always into stuff. This takes of all of the accidents.

Loved this cleaner at first. Only use 3-4 times a year. Have owned +- 2 yes. Brushes no longer spin. Shouldn't happen after only using 6-8 times. So disapointed

This is the second one I have owned. The first started to spray water from the base, machine replaced, 2nd one goes through soap extremely fast. Just went to use it and now it doesn't suck up the water

I love this machine. The only problem I'm having right now with it it's leaking From the soap dispenser to the motor. I'm losing a lot of soap. I wish there was a fix for this.

I've had a lot of brand name shampooers and for the price of this one which was way less then the others i've had I can say this is the best. Easy smooth and though it looks heavy it isn't when you use it it glides on the floor.
