The rug and carpet shampooer was everything I expected after looking up on youtube I knew exactly what to expect and all my expectations were met. I think it is a great product as of far.

Cleaned ok. Plastic parts which break easily. hood covering after 5 uses. Cracked. No replacement parts are available and Hoover contacts are non existent. Spoke with a repair person. " Aleays break and parts never available

I love this machine. The only problem I'm having right now with it it's leaking From the soap dispenser to the motor. I'm losing a lot of soap. I wish there was a fix for this.

My house is mostly carpet and I have paid to have it professionally cleaned many times but now I have my own I can do it whenever I want. It's very easy to use and very easy to pull apart and clean. Very happy with the results.

I've purchased a few of these carpet machines, they are honestly the best on the market and my friends love them. I had one that malfunctioned under a year and contacted customer service. They replaced it for me and I'm very appreciative!

I love the washer as it does a great job of cleaning the carpets and am amazed at the stuff that our other cleaner left behind. However it is leaking water all over the place and am disappointed with the quality.

This floor cleaner is super easy to use! It really cleans well too, I'm always surprised by how dirty my rugs actually are when I see the water in the tank! The company has been great to work with too! Very nice and helpful customer service.

The machine did not pick up the water in a manner that would support carrying the plus in any category. The ability to get answers or even registration information from Hoover was terrible, as well.

I NEED A BELT FOR SMART WASH BUT THERE IS NONE TO BE HAD WHERE DO I FIND ONE?? IF CANT FIND ONE WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE IT IS NO GOOD WITHOUT A BELT
