I purchased this machine a month ago and it by far out performed all that I thought it would do. It's way better than any rug doctor or any rental, it's portable and easy to operate reservoirs pop in and out with a gentle pull and go back the same, I love it. It really cleans.

I used my new carpet cleaner today and was amazed at the quality of this product. It is easy to operate and instructions are easy to understand. My carpets look wonderful. I love not having to constantly decide how much cleaning solution to use since it is controlled by the machine/

This really is a wonderful machine to have. I retired my older carpet cleaning machine and purchased this one. It is easy to use, not super heavy and does an excellent job on carpets! I love the fact that I don't have to pull a trigger to release the cleaner and water. I just push forward and pull back. I was only able to get one room cleaned today but very pleased with the results!

I bought this Hoover to replace my 12 yr. old Hoover ( which I loved). I Love Love Love this!! can't wait to have to clean my rugs again. It is so easy to use and especially to clean after using. It cleans wonderfully and effortlessly. I am super happy with it. It has all the features I would want on a machine.

I have two cats so it is nice to be able to clean the carpet whenever I want . It's so easy to use . I absolutely love that I can easily get to the rollers and clean out the cat hair that the vacuum missed . And the dry only button so you can get the excess water up . Awesome features!!!! Plus it only took me 5 minutes to assemble

I purchased this cleaner with the hopes of finding a carpet cleaner that was easy to use, light weight and effective in cleaning up after an occasional dog mishap. Oh my! What a pleasant surprise. I have purchased this product a few months ago and used it a few times. With 9 grandchildren ranging from 12-1 of age and the summer months you can see why it's been a few times already. I would give this a 100 stars if I could. Easy clean up, love the separate cleaner and water tank takes the guesswork out and it's easy set up. I also love that everything comes apart for after cleaning. ❤️The dry cycle, my rugs are dry within an hour time. I used the attachment cleaner for my furniture for the first time and my rocking chair came up beautifully and again dried within an hour with my fan running. My rugs look amazing and I'm very happy with this cleaner. I would recommend getting one it's worth your hard earned money.

Love how it has a dry only button the floor is fully dry in 30 minutes to and hour!! I had some old stains and it got them up with no problem!! Only thing for me is I didn't get the hand held attachment with my hose. Box shows I should have gotten one but I didn't have it in the box. I just haven't contacted any one about it but idk if I will use it much!

I just received this and used it to clean the 3 area rugs in my great room. Two of them came clean beautifully, however, the third had gotten very "dog dirty" and took more work to get it clean. Next time, I may need to use an additional pet product to deep clean this rug.

This product works really well for a rug scrubber (e.g. not a steam cleaner). I especially love the automatic dry feature when pulling backwards. Cleaner last a long time as well. Make sure you protest really dirty areas with Resolve or similar pre- treat product.
