Let me start with WOW, i first did my Master bedroom which had been vacuumed the day before, after i was done i was like that didnt come from my room. Deep clean is an understatement..Love it, recommended it Highly!

I have fix this machine multiple times to just get the back roller to work. The vibration of the machine tears the back roller out of place and rubs against the machine itself.

Since I purchased cleaner I have done a carpet living room bedroom hallway it made my apartment look brand new love it easy no inconvenience whatsoever

I just bought Hoover smart wash. and i had to pay for the 12 oz Expert Pet Solution, and the 64 oz Clean Plus Carpet Cleaning Solution Which it said that i was free. If i knew it was 2 late i woud cancel my order

I am a big Hoover fan, but this carpet cleaner is very disappointing. When my dogs leave small accidents, the area that I clean up where they went still leaves the circle marks. I thought this machine would be a lot better.

I tried my moms, and loved hers so much, I bought myself one as well. I upgraded mine to the + because I have puppies... (But that's another story). I have used it two times, but do wish the cord was a bit longer. Highly recommend it!!!

Most excellent! I had a Hoover Carpet Cleaner that I bought years ago that was just getting tired. This one is so much better! Very user friendly and cleans the carpets fantastically.

I love it its so easy to disassemble clean an put back together and the brushes are big I love the performance it does more than I expected. The only thing that could be better is if the tanks were bigger have to stop an empty to often
