The vacuum just like an earlier version that we currently have. It's feature are and the suction is great. The only issue is the cord seems to be about 6-8 feet shorter than the earlier version

Used twice and it quit suctioning water into the dirty tank. I've cleaned everything and tried to troubleshoot but nothing. Don't waste your money on this product!

I just bought this and all I can say is that " I love my Hoover". Best thing I ever bought. It cleans carpets like no other shampooer I ever owned. It cleans up so easy. I would say if your looking for a good shampooer you need to get this one!!!!
