Lite weight, easy to fill and empty containers. Love that it mixes the solution proportionately. Easy clean up. Most importantly does the job it was design for.

I've used other carpet cleaning machines and they work OKish but the hoover far exceded my expectations. Very user friendly and leaves my carpet feeling soft and clean.

Great suction power %26 an a dry only button option. The roller brush turns off when it sits straight up, so when your using the hose %26 attachments the main roller brush cuts off, which is definately a BIG PLUS!

I bought my cleaner about 8 months ago. It was working fine until the gear mechanism that turns the brush heads failed. have owned several Hoover products but this one was a disappointment.

Our carpets needed cleaning badly. We were able to move furniture and clean and dry one section at a time. It did a great job and was easy to manipulate.
