This shampoo machine is the easiest to use. Canisters are in front and easily accessible. So easy to clean and the brush cover comes off and easily cleaned as well. I am highly satisfied.

I have shampooed every room carpet and 3 rugs in the house with amazing results. I really love the heat process that dries the carpet quickly it can be used the same day. I am thrilled with my purchase and the price also.

Works as intended. Upgraded prior model. Much lighter. Features easiest to access. Like the ability to run dry or water only rinse feature, especially since no longer have to worry about a trigger.

Very easy to use and does a great job. One small draw back are the little cogs or spacers in the nozzle, they gather carpet fibers and are tedious to remove during clean up.

I've had this cleaner for about a month now and very glad that I purchased it. Sidenote: my puppy does not have accidents often, but whenever he does this cleaner takes care of it and does an excellent job at drying the area too.

I just bought this, it came today, it is not working right. The cleaning solution drains out as soon as I put it in the container. The call center is supposed to be open until 8 EST, I called at 6 EST and all of days is they are not open.

Like the ability to dry only to get floor extra dry. Has 3 clear places for clean water, detergent, and dirty water so you can see when you have to add more or dump. Works well.

I was a little skeptical about this carpet cleaner but decided to purchase anyway...so glad I did! It is easy to use and was shocked at how much embedded dirt was in my carpets. the SmartWash did a great job of cleaning.
