well made..light weight and decent price.wife used it 2 times so far...cleans very well. i would have given 5 stars....but its still new. lets see how it holds up after awhile. so far its excellent..wife loves it.....larry

Lightweight - great on the back! The drying feature is considerably better than other carpet cleaners. The separate reservoir for the cleaning fluid is a money saver and requires less filling each use!! I highly recommend!

Works as intended only knocking off a star as the package did not come with the rotating head that the advertisement said was going to be included as a bonus item. Outside of that its great

I bought this machine not even 1 year ago and it isn't working! I literally used this machine once and it worked at that time but while using it today well!!! The front brush isn't spinning at all and making a weird noise.

Very easy to use and clean up afterwards. The hose attachment is a great length for reaching stairs. The only con is that the electric cord is a little short. I have already recommended to friends.

tried the cleaner right away. have 2 dogs and 3 adults in the home, there was a lot of stains especially on the stairs. had to go over the stairs twice. but looks better than when i had a professional do it. dried fairly quick.

I have hired companies to clean carpets, have rented heavy equipment and have purchased another brand - and nothing comes close to this machine - easy to use and easy to clean.
