I do not own one of this I did watch the video on it does have some awesome features I love the fact that it drys it right away when you pull back. Also great for the ones that own pets

I love this steam cleaner. It is lightweight and cleans my carpet so well, makes me want to use it frequently for those reasons. I gave it 5 stars only because it doesn’t have attachments which would be handy. My fault not the carpet cleaners.
