Since we all started taking this none of us in the family have been sick. This is a HUGE difference from the monthly colds we've been exposed to with 2 little ones age 2 and 5 and also our travel. HUGE. Also has saved my voice during long bouts of back to back speaking engagements. Will not be without.

I absolutely LOVE the Propolis spray. I feel like it has really helped my immunity. I love the taste and it really calms a scratchy throat. I use 4 sprays each morning but if I feel a cold or something coming on, I use it more frequently and really feel it is effective at helping my body fight off sickness. Effective for my allergies too! It is one of my favorite products!

I have severe pollen allergies, & they seem to intensify each year. The propolis spray soothes & protects my scratchy throat like nothing else I’ve tried. In addition, knowing it is a natural product (not filled with chemicals) eases my mind & eliminates unwanted side effects. I keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet, & one in my purse. I love this product!

The plus is that it has all ingredients I can see and understand. Relieves any feeling of a scratchy throat the moment I spray. Definitely provides instant relief.

I believed in this product from the get go. Firm believer that if you have allergies by using locally made honey you can decrease your symptoms. Having said his I purchased enough of the spray to give one to each of the family members. I used it faithfully for 3 days and then got horribly sick. I required antibiotics, inhalers and it took over 3 weeks to recover. I am giving a neutral rating. My purchase was in the beginning to middle of March. I am hesitant using it again while things are crazy. I am in the high risk group and if there was a problem with the batch I got or if it was just the luck of the draw I am very vigilant to not introduce anything right now while I'm in quarantine.

I love Propolis and grew up using it so was keen to find a product that worked for me as well as my kids. This spray has been awesome. My kids (1.5 and 3yo) both love it and it's definitely helped them avoid colds as well as get over minor sniffles more quickly this season. I love the size of the spray - perfect for travel or just having it on hand in my handbag for those times when I feel a tingle in my throat. I'm giving it 4 stars only because although I really like the flavour I still find it a bit too sweet for me personally. I prefer a stronger propolis punch.

I’ve tried a variety of throat sprays (my throat and tonsils are easily irritated). I like this one because it’s hard to overdose (safe!) and it truly has warded off some bugs (effective!). It’s one of the few throat sprays that actually tastes good, too.

I don't think Propolis Spray was meant to be used how I use it, but...I have dry mouth at night and all the things one can use for that have artificial sweeteners that aren't good for me. So, I thought I'd just put it on my night table and give it a try. It works well for me in the wee early morning hours and I use it again when I get up. It's soothing, it feels good, it tastes good and I'm getting all the other benefits it was meant for.
