Everyone in my family is willing to take this without complaint so it score 5/5 stars for taste. I appreciate the immune support. We keep ours in the fridge for a refreshing spray in the morning and so it stays fresh longer. Bonus is the cute spray bottle, which we've found works great for other household uses once the product is gone and it's been washed out.

I can definitely tell this prevents my scratchy throat from developing into something worse. The key is to start at first signs and be consistent with spraying. Tastes great, but I’m not sure how effective it is yet. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks, including when I went on a cruise. However, I got sick a few days ago. I’m hoping the spray has helped minimize the illness at least. I’ll continue using it to see what happens.

Unfortunately I haven’t noticed any difference in my immune system or health since using this product. I’ve been sick a few times since using it as I don’t ever get much sleep & have a small child that brings home germs from school. I’ve used the oral spray twice a day & it never kept me from getting sick at all.

This propolis spray is by far of the most important natural medicine arsenals I have in my cabinet. Super easy to carry around, tastes great and super efficient. If you know anyone who’s had his/her tonsils removed, it’s so important to target that area during a cold or flu and this spray does wonders!

I have used this spray several times now when I thought my throat was feeling a little funny like at the start of a cold and feel almost instant relief. Furthermore, it has warded off getting a sore throat so far this cold/flu season. The spray has a surprisingly pleasant flavor which makes it easy to use and I'm all for natural remedies versus chemicals.

Recently my partner and I were traveling over the holidays. Our travels were long and we used several modes of transport to get to our destination. We faithfully used the propolis spray and neither of us even had an episode of the sniffles or any flu like symptoms. We had a great vacation without worry of coming down with any sickness! Whenever my husband and daughter are sick I spray a couple of times a day and tend to keep the sickness away. I also let my brother in law use this when he was sick and then next day he was better! It also makes the best gift!! I will say sometimes the spray can be a bit strong and make some gag a little so just be aware of that.
