I am using the spray every day. I haven't been sick, and i have been exposed to the current cold that is going around many times. The only complaint I have, is I don't like the taste very much.

this stuff is amazing! i bought some after Dr Sarah Ballantyne recommended it. she was not joking- it’s great! i used it when i had strep and was hittin’ the oregano oil hard. this stuff was a nice addition to my arsenal of natural remedies!

I've used propolis spray before but not this brand. It doesn't taste awful like some others and it works, or at least seems to. I use it a few times a day when I feel a cold coming on.

Not sure I saw any difference in how I felt after using this. I used it everyday for a week and did not see any improvement in how I felt. Don’t think I will purchase it again.

Just started using this. Sad thing is, I did’ t think of it right away when I was getting sick, but it seemed to help me with my cold. Soooo I will give this a try to see how it helps my immune system.

I have tried many products out there to naturally keep my family healthy and this one is the best! My young children love the taste and have been healthier then they have been with other products. I have been recommending this to EVERYONE I know.

One spray and you can feel it working right away. It kind of numbs your throat a bit, but in a soothing way. Super refreshing and definitely makes a noticeable difference. I’m a fan!
