I bought the spray as a precuation in these strange times, and tried it once. It feels very good (tasted pretty good, too), but I'm saving it for when and if my husband or I actually need it, so can't comment more at the moment.

My husband , my grandson and I all had colds recently with coughing and sore throats. The bee propolis spray soothed our throats and seemed to speed healing and reduction in symptoms.

My kiddos got me sick! So I needed this very much. It worked! It effectively soothed my throat and lasted longer than a lozenge. It also tastes much better than a lozenge.

My husband has using this since I bought it. He generally gets a cough every year that lasts for 2 months. He says that he can’t tell if it helps or not yet.

I used this when I "felt a cold coming on." It didn't taste bad and was soothing. I'm feeling less like I'm fighting sick, so hopefully the immune benefits are working.
