I wasn’t sure how much this would help my allergies, but ever since I started using this (a month ago) my allergies haven’t bothered me AT ALL. I’m allergic to cats and went to visit a friend and felt fine. I also feel good overall taking this during covid! Highly recommend.

Propolis theist spray is my new secret miracle worker. I’ve never had a product that works as instantaneously as this. My son had a sore throat this week. A few sprays a few times a day and the sore throat was gone. In less than 24 hours. When I feel a tickle I’m my throat, it’s my go to remedy right away.

I'm not sure this really works, it hasn't seemed to help me not get sick or get better when I am sick. HOWEVER I am breastfeeding and have need to be on anti-biotics occasionally. I use this instead. Again, not sure if it's helping but I feel good knowing I'm trying for a natural alternative! Wish it was a bigger bottle for the price!
