[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to use this once a day just for daily immune support, and then I love having it on hand to use several times a day when I actually am sick. It’s one of those things that’s a little hard to say for certain if it’s helping, but I do genuinely think it has helped me ward off colds and recover quicker when I do get sick!

Enjoy the taste and so easy to administer. We watch my grandson regularly who recently had congestion and cough. I believe the propolis helped me as I felt the same congestion/cough coming on. I had minor symptoms. I just purchased the throat spray for kids and will purchase more propolis for me. Thank you!

I deal with awful allergies...sore throat, coughing, terrible congestion, constant sneezing. This was reccomended for me and I ordered it, albeit with doubt in my mind. Wow!! It could be placebo effect though there is no way to really know. I wish it came in a glass bottle. I swear I can taste the plastic which is gross!

I was glad to see there was another option for reinforcing health and wellness in the winter here. While vitamins are great, having an extra support in various types to help compat and prevent illness. The flavor was good enough, and the portability of the throat spray is wonderful.

I love that this natural product is made by bees. They are committed to helping people and the planet. The reason I purchased the Propolis was for prevention with the COVID 19 outbreak, but I have found that it is effective for my inflammation and boost my energy level as well. This spray has been amazing! Working in a fitness studio, I'm exposed to all sorts of germs daily, usually getting a scratchy throat/cold at least once every 2 months. Since using propolis every time I feel it coming on, I can nip sickness in the bud every time! Highly recommend to anyone.
