I got my spray a week ago. I started a head cold over the weekend. I alternated elderberry syrup and propolis spray every hour. This spray is great for those with allergies, or people who are prone to getting a “scratchy throat” This spray is fantastic. I recommend it to friends and family. It is also potentially helping with avoiding colds, flus, etc. I put my order on a subscription.

I decided to try the Propolis Spray to be proactive, as I am a massage therapist and obviously work closely with my clients. I was skeptical about the product having tried other honey based natural throat sprays that tasted repulsive. But this one has a mild honey flavor and still is effective for sore throat. I recently had a cold and was very thankful for this product.

I use this with my kids in the morning to give them a boost with their daily vitamins. My kids love the taste and ask for their spray daily! I cannot speak about functional changes to behavior or illness since we have only been using it a week, however, we have had no illnesses and my 8 year old who has seasonal allergies has been able to go without his OTC allergy medication this week.
