I have been using this spray for about a year and half now, and I haven't had a cold since. (Knocking on wood) I usually get a cold at least once a year, usually around the holidays. In January and February almost everyone i work with caught some form of head or respiratory illness that lasted for weeks, and i never did. This is definitely the longest I have gone without getting sick for as long as I can remember. It works!

I like to keep this bottle of tasty spray with me at all times. It’s portable enough to carry with me in my purse to grab as a first line of defense when I feel a scratchy throat or if I just feel off for any reason. I take 4 sprays, put it back in my purse and trust the propolis is attacking any germs that might be trying to invade my body! Especially since Covid came, I don’t want to be without it when I’m in public spaces. If I observe anyone around me coughing or sneezing, with or without a mask, I step away from them and reach for my spray and take 4 sprays. It’s a great first line of defense, natural, and I’m sure since the ingredients come from God’s garden I also “pray as I spray” asking God to bless the spray to my body for protection and healing. I buy extra bottles to give my family and friends and to make sure I’ve always got a bottle on hand. Thank you for this “Sweet, healthy, line of defense”! I like how this product is easy to take and how the bottles are small enough to travel with. I was able to stay healthy while many people around me had bad colds over the holidays and while doing traveling in Europe. It's hard to prove whether this product was the main reason I didn't get sick, but I'm going to keep taking it through the winter because it seems to be helping in some way to stay healthy!

Amazing, I used to chew propolis unadulterated propolis resin for years which takes a couple of hours to dissolve , it worked but the propolis spray is truly effective and really works..almost immediately. Amazing product and so easy to use and tastes great!!!

Day before leaving for our trip I got the familiar tingle of an oncoming cold in the back of my throat. I sprayed my propolis spray that minute and again that evening. Then I awoke at 2am that morning with head to toe aches and pains and especially painful sinuses and lymph nodes. My throat was feeling fine but I knew I was done for and was contemplating cancelling my trip. Then I had the brilliant idea to spray the propolis directly into my nose. Wow! I felt the familiar sting of it working like ginger tea on a sore throat and immediately started feeling better. Within minutes I was producing sinus mucus and blew my nose a few times. I went back to sleep and slept well the rest of the early morning. When I woke I felt weak but rested and like I had recovered from a week long cold. No sinus pressure, no aches and pains, no throbbing lymph nodes. I literally went from 100% sick to 100% better in about 5 hours. This spray is as close to a cure to the common cold as I've ever seen! I'm keeping a bottle in my purse, in my bathroom, by my desk, and in my kitchen! I don't usually write reviews but I felt it was wrong not to share my experience so others will find and use this life changing product! I highly recommend that Beekeepers Naturals look into packaging this into a nasal spray bottle as well. I really think that was the key to my rapid recovery.

This former ER RN tried BN products after hearing Carly on several podcasts. The propolis is the best! Love that everything is natural and thoroughly tested -- they keep you healthy (without drugs or side effects!) and make you feel amazing. The only problem is trying to keep one for yourself -- you'll want to give propolis to everyone you care about.
