This is our second Chefman Kettle; the first one cracked after eleven years! We have several other Chefman products that we use daily, and we have gifted Chefman products to other family members and they have all been happy with them.

I'm very excited to use this kettle for my tea's & herbals!!! It's so much easier to steep with the attachment. Saving me money from purchasing individual tea bags to add herbal. Great price point!!!

Bought this one to replace my old plastic kettle but this one started leaking from the seal between glass body and plastic rim within 2 months of almost daily use

Love that it boils tea in or out of bags; & auto shut off allows tea flavor to not get bitter, as long as you remove bags or leaves before 4 min time limit. Infuser nice, has tiny holes, some minimal residue does slip thru - no big deal

My RJ11-17-TI stopped working. It was 2-3 years old. Slightly disappointed in its longevity but pleased when it works so we are trying one more time with this new model.

This is a great product, works fantastic. Had one prior to this purchase for years and after about 5 years it gave out. Did it's time and then some. Got the upgrade and works great.

FYI - the model # on my electric kettle wasn’t listed. My model # is RJ11-18-PL-TI-DS The cleaning was easy. Tomorrow will be my first time using it!

It’s been great however I noticed when I have full kettle it’s staring to leak through the top rim of the plastic where the glass meets. Like it’s got a leak.

So far this product seems great . I have only used it for several times. I love it. I love the look, how fast it boils water, and the lights! Now let's see how long it will perform.
