Love the cap that comes off because my precious kettle cap was attached and it broke. Love the attachment of the removable tea infuser. I love adding different ingredients for my tea like cinnamon and mint leaves and it just makes it easier.

I've only had it for about a day now but I chose it because I really liked the design with the infuser in it. I'm looking forward to brewing some tea leaves soon.

when we pour the water it's leaking between the glass part and the gasket above the glass part. I am surprised how people gave 4 and 5 stars. I am returning this.

We love how it works! It's fantastic! Heats so quickly . I have to admit this is the second one because the first one had a small leak . We love the product so exchanged for another.

I'm not able to add an Instant Hot faucet so this really fits the bill! It heats fast and I appreciate the auto shut off after the water comes to a boil.

I am a big tea drinker and was gifted this kettle. It is amazing for all my loose tea. Heat it up right away and turns off after it's brewed. I love this kettle.

I bought it on Nov 17 2025, soon, hot water began to leak from the seam between the glass and plastic of the kettle, and the situation is getting worse.

This kettle has one major flaw, it leaks every time you pour it out. I have tried different methods and just ended up putting something under the spout to catch the boiling water. In addition to being extremely irritating, it’s a safety hazard.

So great to have boiling water in just moments.... I drink French Press coffee and there is nothing worse then waiting for a conventional tea kettle or the microwave for boiling water. Takes the stress out of waiting around!!
