Heats water up extremely fast but the only issue with the kettle is that the plastic has a lip inside of the kettle, preventing the last drops of water to drain out. You have to physically dry the kettle with a towel if you don't want left over water inside, vs. just letting it air dry.

It is a nice, stylish kettle. Boils water quickly, it's good to be able to see the water, and, most importantly, the automatic shut-off works just fine.

This product was priced reasonably. I’m quite pleased with this purchase. I hope to get many great years of use from it. I’ve been pleased with my previously purchased Chefman products.

I bought this so I could have hot water without having to turn on my gas stove and have no microwave. Did not know it had an infuser. I am so excited because I have been trying to figure out how to drink tea without teabags.

This is the best tea kettle ever! it's efficient and fully functional and you can brew a whole pot by using the metal infuser and putting in either raw tea or a few tea bags to brew a whole pot. I first bought one for my son , now me! What a great price too.

I absolutely love it . My daughter gave it to me for Christmas. It boils water so fast. I use it daily for my fresh ginger tea. I so fast and convenient I started using it to boil water to cook variety of foods. Using it now as I am trying to write my review to boil water super fast to put in a pot to make macaroni and cheese for two impatient little boys. I highly recommend it.

This kettle is a game changer for me. I drink tea probably 3 times a day and the speed this kettle uses is phenomenal. I love that I can use loose leaf and bags. Also I can prepare one cup if I only need one using the measurements on the glass is very helpful. Happy Customer over here!

Honestly, this electric kettle is the amazing! It heats up fairly quickly, comes to a rolling boil, stays extremely hot after kettle has automatically shut off, infuses tea & herbs very well. I'm a hard persuasion, I would indefinitely recommend this electric kettle... It has my stamp of approval!

This is my second Chefman kettle. The first one lasted me many years of multiple uses per day, much better by far than more expensive kettles I purchased in the past. This kettle holds a good amount of water so the family can use it simultaneously. I like that I can see how much water is in the kettle and that the led lights at the base light up when it is heating the water. This electric kettle is faster than using the stove to boil water. It's a great appliance to have.

We havent had the opportunity to use the kettle yet. It looks very nice, however. We got rid of our electric tea kettle and coffeemaker and got this to replace them with a single appliance. We think it is a good decision and saves us some counterspace.
