I love the way the product is sturdy and boils water quickly. I wish it would last a little longer. My last Chefman kettle lasted about 2 and half yrs.

I like the time it takes to heat the water, but on the first use one of the pegs on the lid that locks the infuser in place broke. The infuser immediately fell into the kettle and there is no way to repair the peg.

Just got it today and wow, it makes me so happy to not have to use a pot and have tea ready on the go, it's truly the little things that make a big impact on the day ahead!

I love the kettle I don't have to worry about the water sitting in the kettle that's metal I don't worry about wanting to use my coffee machine for hot water that tastes like coffee.

My last Shefman fast boil kettle stopped working after a year and a half. Not impressed at all. I am going to try one more time. Hope this one is better.

I bought it yesterday. Today I used it for the first time, and found that it leaks. Looking at the reviews, I see that this is a common problem. The leak is between the glass and the upper part.

I like the size of my new electric kettle. It's glass. It can be little heavy filled but that's to be redirected for a larger kettle for my family of 5. I also like the feature of the infuser option on the kettle.

When we boil the water, and pour from the kettle.. it's leaking between the glass part and the gasket above and below the glass part. I am surprised how people gave 4 and 5 stars. I will return this

I have not used this product yet, but I had an aunt I would visit often who had one of these and she mentioned it worked amazing!! So I knew I had to get one so affordable in great quality

Replacing one I've had for over 10 years and used in my classroom for 5 years before retiring. It works great and I love how fast it heats water. I think I will like this one even better because of the tea diffuser.
