Very easy to use. I wish there was a way to keep the water hot for an extended period of time.

It's only been 2 days but my wife loves it over our traditional stove kettle.

Works well. I would not recommend using the cylinder to make tea. I wish I would have kept it strictly water. It's is insanely hard to clean and the mesh at the spout is awful to try and get to. I still don't think I've gotten it completely clean. It heats up really quickly and otherwise it's great for heating water.

Do not make tea

Maybe not the best, but it boils water faster than what you'd get using a kettle on the stove top. It lacks fine control of water temperature that pricier models have. Definitely not a deal killer for me, but there are folks that would rather not bring the water to 212° for certain applications. Me? I'm just happy to get boiling water in fewer than 5 minutes.
