Product is extremely easy to use and set up. Definitely beats having to fill a pot and waiting for it to heat up on the stove.

Size is 80% larger than my previous model. Speed to boil is very good... Added feature of tea infuser is also very welcome

Glass kettle is the best. It is easy to clean and use. I love the tea infuser that attaches to the lid. It makes multiple cups of tea in one go.

Had my first for 3 years. Worked well. This my second, simpler than the first, no variable temp settings. No frills, just boils water reliably.

I use glass tea pot with infuser, and I boil the water with a similar water pot. This combines both, exactly what I needed.

It was purchased as a gift for me. So far so good. Very convenient as I drink a great deal of tea and hot water!

Easy to use and assemble, If you fill It up all the way it takes less than 8 mins to fully heat up and that's a pretty good time

Very easy to use, boils water so quickly. Got it at a great price too. The only thing I don't like is that it has a Prop 65 warning /:
