Love that it boils tea in or out of bags; & auto shut off allows tea flavor to not get bitter, as long as you remove bags or leaves before 4 min time limit. Infuser nice, has tiny holes, some minimal residue does slip thru - no big deal

It’s been great however I noticed when I have full kettle it’s staring to leak through the top rim of the plastic where the glass meets. Like it’s got a leak.

We love how it works! It’s fantastic! Heats so quickly . I have to admit this is the second one because the first one had a small leak . We love the product so exchanged for another.

I would like it better if the tea infuser container was shorter to allow for easier cleaning, and if it could be raised and lowered into the pot water using the handle on the lid.

This is a great product, works fantastic. Had one prior to this purchase for years and after about 5 years it gave out. Did it's time and then some. Got the upgrade and works great.

Bought this one to replace my old plastic kettle but this one started leaking from the seal between glass body and plastic rim within 2 months of almost daily use

I am a big tea drinker and was gifted this kettle. It is amazing for all my loose tea. Heat it up right away and turns off after it’s brewed. I love this kettle.

Good product. Works well. Starts to boil in a couple of minutes. Used for steeping tea, instant coffee and instant oatmeal. Handy to have in kitchen or use on a trip if you pack the glass pot well.

We are very impressed with how fast the kettle boils water and how the design and materials of the kettle keep the water warm longer than a regular ceramic stovetop kettle. Nice sleek design also. We also appreciate that the kettle takes up minimal space on apartment countertops. The only drawback is the tea leaf infuser--the plastic material can be easily crushed. Perhaps a metal one would be better for durability.

Love the electric kettle and that it is glass not plastic like my old one. Pretty blue color ring, automatic shut off and comes with tea holder. Also has mesh filter at spout to prevent any tea or other items getting out. So much quicker to heat up than on stove.
