Good quality

Reliable, until it stopped beeping, and making sound that it was on the base, and beeping once done boiling.

Great kettle! Fast boil! Attractive look! Must do some pre-boils to get out plastic smell….but then its perfect.

My old kettle broke so I was looking for one and I found this one and I love it. The infuser makes it better and gives lots of options to use it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boils really fast and looks good. I'm very happy with it.

It is a very nice kettle and really does boil the water quickly. The added tea infuser makes it even better.

Quick and Easy way for heating water. TEA INFUSER will be interesting, definitely plus for afternoon tea.

I like the shipman products, very convenient electric tea kettle to use anytime of the day or night.

Great quick way for hot water since I prefer this over microwave. Have a ceramic stovetop so it takes forever over this method to heat the water!

I liked the original model better with the on-off switch on the handle and an attached lid, but this one works faster
