So far I like it I had time to start mixing got it as a gift . So I’m going give it 4 starts due to I haven’t test the mixing out yet . But far as design and stability, cleaning, instructions. It’s all straight forward no hard guessing what to do next ..

Its perfect. Easy to clean, simple to use. After trying different methods, so far the most flavorful way to make a shushy is to use kool-aid. Make kool-aid how you normally would and simply add it to the slushy machine. If you have kids, make sure you get to it before they do. It'll be gone QUICKLY. Kool-aid slushies are amazingly good!

We purchased this a little over two weeks ago, and during our very first use we noticed the machine was extremely noisy—especially compared to the similar Iceman model our son has from Chefman. We reached out immediately through their online portal, but we have not received a call or any response regarding our concern. The unit does function, but the refrigerant tank appears to have something loose inside that rattles during the refrigeration cycle. We’re disappointed in the lack of customer service and would appreciate assistance with resolving this issue. After reaching out twice via email we will try calling during their limited hours but if no resolution we will then reach out to SamsClub for possible resolution.

I Love this Slushie Machine, its works great. I can’t wait to make more drinks and desserts with it. I highly recommend this brand. The process is great as well. In the photo

Temp sensor came on about 5-minutes after I started machine - 1st time out of the box!!! Been sitting upright for weeks…turned off and back on again…we’ll see.

The only thing it needs is a lock for when there's liquid in the machine, so a kid doesn't grab the unlock handle. But thankfully we have it far enough on the kitchen island that they can't reach it.

I like the slush and ability to make milkshakes with my slushies Max. It was a present and it took me 3 months to actually pull it out of the box. I am loving it. My strawberry milkshake turned out delicious. It is also easy to clean.

We just got this in the mail two days ago. I have not been able to mess around with it, but it was fairly easy to get set up to clean and. To turn on and off to find all. Might be needed.

Just got it. First thing I did was run a clean cycle and wash everything out. The first slush is from some Hawaiian punch. And under a minute, I am saying the first signs of ice! Pretty easy and straightforward so far

I absolutely love this machine. I have 4 kids and they have enjoyed making slushies, milkshakes and frappes. It is very easy to operate, clean and take apart/put back together.
