it works great so far. I've used it about 5 times and I love it. fast, quite and easy to clean and operate

Works just ok. You have to know your ingredients and have the correct amounts or else it may not work. Sugar free or zero sodas do not work. Even on the lowest setting it turns to ice and will ruin your machine. I’ve tried it and learned the hard way. Lowest setting seams to be the only setting the kids use because anything higher and it’s too thick and doesn’t dispense. It’s not great but ok.

Got a black one for the hubby for Christmas, have used it several times and although it has beeped and given an error code a couple times after it had been started, we simple hit the power button off and on and started it back up and then it ran for hours without any issues. I think you have to be very careful to keep it upright and not tip it too much when moving it around and let it sit level for a while before using it. We like it so much I had to buy a pink one too, so we can have two different options going at once. You do usually have to add water to pre-mixed drinks (we usually just do half mix/ half water (think of the water as the ice cubes you would be adding if mixing in a blender instead) takes about 20-30 minutes and the perfect slushies start pouring! Drinks do need to have sugar content in order to work, so sugar free people probably won’t like it! Easy to adjust the thickness with the push of a button. Easy to clean up when done!

So I bought this as a Christmas gift for my kids. I wanted it all set up for Christmas morning with frozen Butterbeer. I took it out of the box 2 days before and I had a feeling something would be wrong with it. It had clear oil all over the outside. Pretty sure it was shipped upside down and the condenser oil leaked. Anyway I tried to do a replacement online and it wouldn't work, so I figured I'd set it up, clean it and hopefully it would work. filled it up, turned it on and within 5 minutes it errored out with a condenser malfunction code. I had to go through chat to get a replacement. I hope this replacement won't have similar issues. They should have a CAUTION label to keep upright during shipping!!

It’s a nice looking, easy to use machine, but didn’t work correctly from the first use. I believe the temperature sensor was faulty. It would freeze, then the ready light would come on, and the frozen mixture would melt. You would then have to unplug to reset it and setup again, with the same result. Will be returning today.

This maching is great. i see reviews saying it wouldn't slush up liquids and it leak. you have to follow directions. theres a sticker on it that says...machine must be upright for at lease 2 hours before use. If you know anything about things with compressors is you can't have them laying on there side then stand them up and start to use them. the refregerant has to settle first or the maching wont work.

I have no idea how there are truthfully so many five star reviews on here because this thing is pure garbage. It weighs a ton. I didn’t realize that it took so long to make a drink. I suppose it’s ok for parties but seems obsolete for one person on regular basis. First time I plugged it in, it gave me an error that said contact customer service (a millennial’s nightmare). I unplugged it and plugged it back in which reset it. However, after 45 mins of this thing spinning, it simply poured out cold liquid. I used pre mixed TGIF drink. After reading the troubleshooting, I decided to add water thinking the alcohol content was too much but still nothing. In reading other comments, you basically have to be a drink mix chemist to get the right balance to make this thing work. Who has that kind of time ? A complete hassle this thing it. I returned it.
