Works as described

This machine does not work at all. I put margarita juice in it, push slushy with full thickness and it is just liquid. It say "ready" when it is still liquid and will not chill further. I am extremely disappointed with the product. I will attempt to work with Chefman to rectify it.

was very excited to use it! had it sitting upright for a solid 48+ hours - so plenty of time for refrigerant. i cleaned all the items that needed to be taken out & cleaned per the instructions. Put about 30oz of Slushy Mix / Blue Raspberry Jolly Rancher. Proceeded to follow instructions, hit slushy and set the thickness of slushy. Would work for about 4-5 minutes and then stop. With an error symbol & 4 bars. So it’s claiming there is either not enough mix in the tank or too much alcohol … we never added alcohol.
