I've only used the machine one time, but so far it has not disappointed, and in fact, it makes my beverages way quicker than the manual even states

Only had it a day but so far so good. Made Pina Coladas this first time and turned out really great. No big ice chunks.

It was very simple to operate. First one was a too thick but can be easily resolved. Clean up was great and simple.

Comes Completely assembled. Packed very well. Will write a updated review after using at a upcoming event

So far okay but we are only just unboxing it. Shouldn't you email these questions a few weeks AFTER we register it, not at the time of?

I just got it in the mail today and I am using it tonight to make margaritas for Mother's Day so more comments to come but so far I am loving it!!!!

Have to play around with the settings as the book is generic so you have to adjust to have it freeze. Otherwise, works as it is supposed to.

We love using our slush machine, especially that summer weather is upon us. Instructions have been easy to follow and cleaning up is not a hassle.

The machine freezes rapidly makes a perfect slushy and a little over 30 min. From milk products to sodas and cocktails

We just purchased it and there is oil all over the machine. Its covered in it. After a quick google seach it seems like this is a defective product and the coolant system is compromised. So I guess this needs to be replaced.
