At first it was tricky, but go the hang of it and works perfectly! Slushy is my Fav mode! Love it...

My ice man isn't slushing anything up and it keeps telling me it's done when things are still loose liquid

I may have used too much liquor, but mines didn't make my drink slushie on my first try. I'm gone give it another chance though.
