I've been having a hard time trying to reach the desired consistency, but this is my first time using a machine like this so I just have to learn how to work with the machine and get used to using it but overall I like the product

First slush was a frappe, tasted great. It does foam up after a couple hours like stated, not a big issue, I’ll dispense and freeze for later. Looking forward to making frozen margaritas.

Very easy to use. Has an amazing cleaning feature. Can't wait to use all year but especially spring and summer where our temperatures easily reach the low 100°

Just tried it out with apple juice and gatorade. Followed booklet. apple juice turned out great. the gatorade was too cold and wouldn't come out of the dispenser. it was frozen to metal part. Ended up taking apart and dumping from tank.

It's pretty good just had to figure out the alcohol to strawberry daiquiri mix ratio.. didn't get as thick as I was hoping but it was our first time so we'll work on it

I love everything about the slush machine except there is a lip in the plastic tank where juice has gotten in and mold has grown. We cannot get it out at all. This part of the design should be sealed.

Super simple to use. Kids make frozen hot chocolate or milkshakes daily. I use more for adult beverages. Happy with this purchase and would purchase again if we needed.

We tried it for the first time last night. It took longer than expected, but we realized that we had the thickness way too high. The taste of the slush was awesome and the clean up process wasn't bad at all.

We just purchased it and there is oil all over the machine. Its covered in it. After a quick google seach it seems like this is a defective product and the coolant system is compromised. So I guess this needs to be replaced.

Love the easy cleaning and large capacity. I dislike that it leaks from the tray below and the cleaning function makes no sense because it's easier to take it apart and clean it
