To ensure that the duster refills fit securely on the handle, please make sure that both handle prongs are fully inserted into the sleeves on the duster. If you have the single layer dusters (blue), there are two sleeves on the back of the duster cloth, and for the Heavy Duty dusters (yellow), there are two sleeves between the fluffy layers.
