Here are some important points that might help clarify your experience: Swiffer Dusters are lightly coated with Dust Lock Adhesive to pick up and lock away dust, trapping up to 2x more than a feather duster. They come in both scented and unscented options, so if you are looking for unscented refills, make sure the box does not mention a Febreze or Gain scent, as not all unscented boxes are clearly marked. All handles are compatible with both Swiffer Dusters and Swiffer Heavy Duty Dusters, so a compatible handle should work effectively with the refills. In either case whether the product received differs from what is on the box or if it is the same but does not meet your expectations we would like to talk with you about your experience and help you. We are sorry to hear that! Make sure both handle prongs are fully inserted into the duster sleeves. Heavy Duty dusters have sleeves between fluffy layers, and other brands may not fit well.
