This is an easy install and works better than other IP security cameras. It would be nice to have the Defender cameras to work with Amazon Alexa, Google Home for smart home features which other camera vendors have it.

Good quality camera, easy to install. Design needs more flexibility to position anywhere and see image upright. Also gets a lot of false positive “human detection” even though we turned sensitivity to Low.

The camera install was the hardest part for me. So far the system works great. I like all the features it has and have just started to connect it to the internet.

These cameras are just what I was looking for. I had wifi cameras which expensive enough. Then you have to add monthly subscription charges. It seems like it was a ripoff, which I'm glad to get rid of.

I did not know that it will need a screen to do all the configuration and settings. that is a drawback. Clarity of picture is not as per my expectations. It can't read the number on my car's number plate parked just in front of my driveway.

This is a great company I like their cameras and their new app, Also thanks to Tristan he always follows up with my purchases and resolves any issues very quickly

Super easy to install, and love the crisp picture. Only quip I had is that 60’ runs are tight when going to opposite ends of the house, 80’ cable runs would have been much better as I had to extend 2 of my camera runs.

This is an incredible system. The image quality is great, set up was simple and its working extremely well for us! The system comes complete with everything needed and all looks to be very high quality product. We are thrilled with this system!

Bought this system for my garage area and Alley.  I had the last model for my house and was pretty happy with it, great picture, good value, nice iphone app.   This new model has all the things I liked about the last model, but upgraded software on the NVR box.  Its easier to setup, the interface looks sleeker, and setup process was faster.  Most of the time I check the alerts and views on my iphone app, and it can show you all the motion alerts with a nice little link that takes you to the right spot in your recording, from there you can watch, skip back or forward to get more context. I like the look of the cameras, they feel pretty sturdy, and you can set them up to have a security light type response, or go more stealth with just the infrared option.  Setting that up took a bit of poking around in the menu, but now that its setup, I have it setup differently per camera, which is nice.  I like that I can add up to 4 additional cameras if I need later, 4 was enough for my needs now though. I also really like the POE format, power of ethernet, which means one cable sends power and picture/sound signals, no need for extra wires, and you can use most any cat5 type ethernet cable (this comes in handy if you need to setup outlet plates and a few dis-connectable wires).  Another bonus to having this wired system is its harder for thieves to use wireless camera disrupters to block signals. II was already able to get footage right off my phone for a neighbor when someone broke into their adjacent property to send to the police.

Easy installation, besides crawling around the attic. Plug and play not internet access required unless you want to use the app
