Heavy, solid constructions with a super non-stick surface. I tried to fry and egg without any oil and it actually worked. I like the fact that the coating is non-toxic and better for the environment.

I love using these pans. Food is cooked at a lower temp, so meats cook up moist and tender, and delicious. Once they cool down, I handwash, and dry and put away.

Great pan. Nothing sticks, even eggs without oil or butter. Pan heats evenly just as a heavy bottom stainless steel pan would. I even heated up asphalt to patch my driveway and the pan wiped out clean. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the pans and lids purchased additionally. They work well with my induction cooktop and are super easy to clean. I will continue to buy from Green Pan and buy for my kids when they need new cookware.

Have been long term All Clad users, but decided to try Green Pan since the non-stick on All Clad seems to wear out quickly on heavy use. Found Green Pan to be amazing.

The Best Pans Ever. Finally a healthy cooking pan that doesn't stick! Can cook an egg and have it slide around in the pan. No more scraping eggs off the bottom of the pan. Love that these are oven safe. They are also beautiful.

First few uses were really good. Perfect non stick qualities and heat properties. So far no chips on the pretty paint either, even after some rougher use when storing in the cabinet. Only time will tell how long the non stick stays non stick though.

Really excellent non sticky pan. Even the size is perfect for us, not too big not too small. I cook lots of vegetables and can see that the heat distributes evenly through out every part of the pan.

The pans are wonderful, everything they are advertised to be except how important that inch that's missing in each pan's size. I love them except for the size! Why does this set have to be so much smaller!!!!

Great pan in every way. I especially like that it is NOT heavy as other high quality pans I've purchased. I will definitely consider purchasing more in the future.
