Excellent pans. Truly non-stick. Does great with eggs and other difficult items.

Pan appears fine after a handful of uses, which is why the rating is "average". Shipping was another story. From order to arrival: 23 days. I believe someone on a cross-country bicycle race was drafted and carried the pan in a backpack.

I got these new pans to replace my old Scanpan. These new pans are much lighter on my wrists, since I have tendinitis. It makes cooking and washing so much easier for me.

We were cautiously optimistic about trying this pan. We have another brand's ceramic line and it's awful. We are so THRILLED with our Valencia 11" frying pan! We will definitely be adding to our collection!

I love my Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick pans. It makes for easy cleaning as food does not stick to pan. It is healthier as I don’t need to use a lot of butter or oil to keep food from sticking. The pans have good handles with an easy grip

nice quality but use requires new cooking skills. Cooks food very quickly, requires lower temperatures, great for sauces. Still adjusting but pleased with the pans which were a gift.

I have only just begun using my pans, and so far I am very pleased. Ordering was easy, they arrived quickly, and they are just what I wanted. I did not order a big set, so did not get lids, but hoping I can order separate.

Since receiving this set, my wife and I have used at least one or two pieces daily and we continue to be impressed by its quality, performance and ease of cleaning!

We bought a set of three frying pans and we could not be happier. The Oxford blue is a lovely color and the pans are fabulous. Nothing sticks and they clean up beautifully. These pans are well worth the money!

I couldn't be happier with my Greenpan as far as its performance. My wife has a smile on her face as she uses these true nonstick frypans. Cooking and cleaning got easier with our Greenpans.
