I love this pan so much, I just bought a second. Super non-stick, great heat distribution, great for browning, and cleans up easily. This is far better than my copper clad or cast iron skillits.

I bought this maybe a year ago and have taken extra care per the website to remove any carbonization. Despite this, it continues to build up requiring a lot of extra care and the pan is no longer non-stick. Everything sticks. Not worth the hassle!

Great the first few months. Followed cooking & cleaning instructions but within months eggs in particular began sticking then sticking became a real issue. Now useless as non stick pans.
